This is the door that leads to the garden of Karen’s house in the Yorkshire Dales. Visited there a number of times – it lives in a time warp that is particularly attractive. Overlooking a valley one sees the contours of a castle on the other side, a castle where Mary Queen of Scots was kept prisoner once.
