Just a short note about the work I did at the Afsluitdijk yesterday – the longest dyke to be found in the Netherlands – 32 km ! It has the longest and straightest bicycle path in the world & I was eager to do the plus or minus thing there. So I took my crew, my big crayons and my bike and did my thing. We managed 1 km in about one hour – not bad.

I will blog more about the Afsluitdijk and its place in Dutch consciousness shortly – right now I am sitting on top of a small mountain of pictures and video  that need sorting. Did the pictures today, will do the video material tomorrow. Then I’ll produce a short film and write some.
