Plane geometry
Am reading Aldous Huxley’s ‘Views of Holland’: his love of plane geometry prepared him to have a special affection for the low lying lands by the sea. An affection I can totally relate to. Also had occasion to drive through a sizable portion of the Randstad yesterday. It is indeed tout plat, with itty-bitty-bits of nature between the straight lines. Posting some pics to underwrite this sentiment.
