Spent my sunday afternoon photographing a phenomenon: people from the Restored Reformed church (in dutch: Hersteld Hervormd) taking the ferry from Nederhemert Noord to Nederhemert Zuid to go to church.  They must have struck a deal with the ferryman, for officially the ferry does not operate on sundays. Men in black, woman in hats, lots of kids – a time warp, sort of.

Must make time to do a ferry book – so very very Dutch.
