During my trip down memory lane today I re-checked both the photos and the drawing project I did in South Africa titled ‘Dutch Space is Different’. I took Adriaan van Dis’ book ‘the promised land’ and made it my own, relating my experiences and my impressions through mining the book. Not one-on-one satisfied with the drawings, will look at the material from Japan next, this being the country that we went to next in 2016.
