Posted about ‘let there be lines’ recently – these are all computer generated lines. The software draws them straight-ish, even though I added randomness and fuzzyness to it.

On a recent walk in Eemland, the area of the Netherlands that I adopted for my PhD Research, I found lines drawn by a real-life farmer. Bringing home to me forcibly that lines as such are always abstract, never concrete or real-life.
